We provide custom engineering services including PCB & Electronics design, Full-Stack Web Development, IoT Solutions, Component Procurement, and Technical Training.
- Hardware & Components: Orders for electronic components, sensors, and modules are subject to availability. Shipping times may vary based on location.
- Development Services: Custom PCB, IoT, and Web Development projects are governed by project-specific agreements, milestones, and statements of work (SOW) agreed upon prior to commencement.
- Educational Training: Registration for our workshops and training programs (for schools, colleges, and institutes) is non-transferable unless explicitly approved by DC Solutions.
2. Intellectual Property
All general website content, proprietary code, hardware blueprints, and training materials created by DC Solutions remain our exclusive intellectual property. For custom client projects, intellectual property rights (such as PCB schematics and source code) are transferred to the client only upon final, full payment as detailed in the specific project contract.
3. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
While we strive for engineering excellence, our custom development services and hardware prototypes are provided "as is." DC Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss, hardware failure, or business interruption—arising from the use of our services, components, or developmental prototypes.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions, our services, or hardware orders will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
